Minnie Jim’s is exactly what the slogan states…. memories. I come from a long line of great bakers that created sweets that were not only our family but also the neighborhood favorites. Sitting in the kitchen observing and listening to my Grandmother and G’ma recall memories when they were young. Mentally recording everything from the brand of flour, the smell of real vanilla and the sound of the hand mixer. Minnie Jim’s is for the memories everyone has shared with loved ones.
